FEAT papers: common questions

Are these real FEAT previous year questions?

Some are: real FEAT questions from past papers or ones FLAME University itself published. The rest are written to the real FEAT pattern and difficulty.

How were these questions chosen?

Curated by talking to hundreds of teachers and analysing past FEAT papers, so they match the real exam's sections, question types and difficulty.

What is in each paper?

20 multiple-choice questions: 8 Verbal, 4 Reasoning, 4 Quantitative and 4 General Knowledge, in the real exam's order.

How long should I give one paper?

24 minutes in one sitting, the real FEAT pace of about 1 minute 12 seconds a question. No calculator.

Are the answers checked?

Yes. Every question was solved without seeing the answer key, and kept only when the two matched.

Do the papers have solutions?

Yes, step by step, and the fastest way beside each one. Paper 1 is free, solutions included. In papers 2 to 10 the questions and the answer key are free - except a question that is also in a mock test, which stays hidden until you sit the mock - and the worked solutions come with Klay Prep's paid plan.

What is the FEAT syllabus?

Verbal Ability: Vocabulary, Usage and grammar, Sentence correction, Reading comprehension: factual, inferential and critical, Para-jumbles, Composition: writing coherently in a consistent style. Reasoning (Analytical and Logical): Analytical sets: seating, scheduling and other rule-based arrangements, Testing whether an argument is valid, Drawing conclusions from given facts, Assumptions, Strengthening and weakening arguments, Figure patterns: finding the missing figure. Quantitative Ability: Ratio and proportion, Percentages, Rate of interest, Basic algebra, Elementary geometry: straight lines, triangles, quadrilaterals, Word problems, such as average speed. General Knowledge: Current affairs, Politics, History, Economy, Sports, Static facts, such as abbreviations and world facts.
